We combine product strategy, human judgment, and AI acceleration to turn your goals into great software — no specs or dev management required.
We start with a Kickoff Package (price: Advanced Package) – no commitment beyond that. In this two-week phase, we map out your product roadmap, define goals, and align on priorities. If you're happy to continue, we move into a minimum 6-week engagement (including the kickoff), where real product development begins.
You choose between the Base Package (100 credits/week) or the Advanced Package (300 credits/week). In both cases, you get a Product Expert as your partner — someone who thinks like a cofounder and brings both business and tech expertise. The package determines how much of their time and delivery capacity you get.
For actual deliverables like design exercises, development work, or feature builds, we use a credit system. Each deliverable has a clear Definition of Done, so you know exactly what to expect. Everything is managed in a project tool that gives you live visibility into plans, progress, and priorities — no guessing, no black box.
Every project has its own requirements for stability, performance, UX, and scalability — these non-functional requirements are a major factor in what “done” really means. We define a clear Definition of Done for each task, tailored to your product. The tech stack also affects how efficiently credits can be used. Credits make these trade-offs visible and manageable — and give you real prioritization power via a living, continuously updated backlog you can view and re-order anytime.
We don’t charge by the hour — we work with Delivery Credits. These represent the real value delivered each week by a full product team: product architect, design, development, and QA. Instead of tracking time, we focus your credits where they’ll create the most impact.
We don’t work with rigid, fixed scopes — they often break down as priorities evolve during real product work. But you can get a clear directional estimate through our Kickoff Package. Over two weeks, we develop a tailored product roadmap, structured around weekly goals and delivery phases. This gives you a realistic view of what’s achievable and how credits might be used over time. You’ll be able to review and align on this roadmap before committing to ongoing development — with flexibility and full cost transparency, week by week.
It depends on your project — each one runs at a different pace. Technology choices, complexity, and quality goals all influence speed and cost.
That’s why we use credits: the Base Package includes 100 credits/week, and the Advanced Package includes 300 credits/week. Your credits go toward clearly defined outcomes — like a feature, UX flow, or tested release. At the start of each week, you’ll receive a transparent plan, and you’ll always see how your credits are being used.
We’ve documented a set of reference projects, including descriptions and how many credits they used. These help you estimate what’s possible. You can view them here.
Most projects begin with a Kickoff Package: over two weeks, we define your initial product roadmap and delivery plan, including technical and non-functional requirements. This costs the same as one week of the Advanced Package but is spread across two weeks. You can book this separately without committing to a longer subscription.
Because we offer more than just execution — we bring strategic product leadership. Your product architect handles planning, communication, and quality control — making sure your credits go toward what matters most. You don’t have to coordinate anything; you get an integrated system of thinking and doing.
At the beginning of each week, we align on priorities. Your credits are allocated toward the most important outcomes. You’ll receive a weekly plan, regular async updates, and have full visibility via the living backlog — showing current progress, blockers, and what’s next. No meetings required, but full control at all times.
Depending on your product goals, you may want to add optional support around key milestones.
We offer two optional packages:
Launch Package – For polishing, deployment, and go-to-market readiness. This includes final QA, environment setup, handover assets, and async support during rollout.
Maintenance Package – For post-launch support, bug fixes, small updates, and keeping things healthy. Ideal if you want to stay light after launch but still have us on standby.
Both packages are fixed-fee and can be added at any time — either during the roadmap planning or after launch, as needed.
